Today I Lost a Very Good Friend
Today I lost a Very good friend
Suddenly - without warning
She was one of those kindred spirits
Who took each day with a grain of salt -
No matter what
and
Never took anything for granted
She loved her family and totally loved
Her grandchildren. A conversation with Terri
Always included the mention of at least one member
Of her family! Always!
May all of us remember to take a breath often
To remember how we want to spend our moments
May those moments Remind us of how we want
To live each day
And what we want the memory of us to be
May it be everything we dreamed of
Tender, quiet, caring, loving, happy
